Yes. DOB Capital operates under the regulation of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) with a Class IIGB license. This entails regulatory oversight, compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) standards, and strict information disclosure requirements.

Investor funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from DOB Capital's operating funds. This means that even in an adverse scenario for the company, investor capital is protected.

Yes. All information you share with DOB Capital is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your personal, financial, and tax information is only accessible to the DOB Capital evaluation team. It is not shared with investors or third parties without your express authorization.

When an investor views your asset in the investment pool, they access the asset's information and financial conditions, but not your detailed personal data.

It depends on how quickly you advance through each step:

From the first simulation to having your investment pool active, the typical process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. The first 6 steps can be completed in a single session if you have your documentation ready.

No. The platform is designed so that any asset operator can use it without technical knowledge. The process is guided step by step. The digital activation of your asset, the creation of the investment pool, and the management of distributions are processes that we handle for you.

If at any point you need help, our support team is available through the platform.

The financing range goes from $50,000 to $10,000,000 USD. Amounts outside this range can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but our rate engine is optimized for this range.

You have two options:

• USDC (digital dollars): direct transfer to your account on the platform, available immediately.
• Bank transfer in local currency or USD: transfer to your bank account, subject to processing times of the receiving bank.

The currency option is defined during the legal structuring and is established in the contracts.

DOB Capital favors restructuring over enforcement. If you face difficulties meeting your monthly payments:

1. Communicate proactively. The sooner you inform us, the more options there are.
2. We evaluate restructuring. Term extension, temporary payment adjustments, grace periods. The goal is to keep your asset operating.
3. If restructuring is not viable. The guarantee mechanisms defined in the contracts are activated. Your asset backs the obligation.

The important thing: everything is defined in advance in the contracts. There are no surprises or arbitrary decisions.

Today, positions are held to maturity. Early exit is one of the core pieces DOB Capital is developing: a three-layer liquidity mechanism (external liquidity providers, a pool reserve, and operator co-liquidity) so investors have a real exit path before maturity. The mechanism is built and operational in an EVM environment (Uniswap); the native Stellar/Soroban implementation is in progress.

It will not be an unconditionally guaranteed exit, but it is designed to offer a concrete path: liquidity providers will determine their own repurchase price, requests will be served on a first-come, first-served basis (FIFO), and the discount will adjust based on market conditions.

Financing is available in 12 Latin American countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay. The simulator also calculates rates for Mexico and Brazil, but formal registration and financing in those markets is not yet available while we complete local regulatory licensing (CNBV and CVM respectively). Operators in other countries in the region can access through the 'Other LATAM' option in the simulator.

Each country has specific conditions. The simulator automatically adjusts the rate based on your jurisdiction.

We finance 10 categories of productive assets:

The fundamental requirement is that the asset generates demonstrable cash flow. We do not finance assets at the idea or construction stage without revenue.

The first 6 steps are free. The costs are:

• Validation: $300 per asset
• Legal structure: $2,000 per asset
• Capital fee: 1.5% of capital raised
• Distribution fee: 0.5% of each payment to investors
• Pro Plan (optional): $29/month

If you don't advance beyond the free steps, you pay nothing.
